Celestica a data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, today announced plans to hire over 2,100 employees in Malaysia which includes high-value roles for production and design engineers.
The group has operated in Malaysia since 1985 and has grown to nine facilities across Kedah, Penang and Johor. Today, the company’s operations encompass more than two million square feet of manufacturing, design and global business services space and employ more than 6,000 people nationwide. The company’s Malaysia operations support customers across diverse market segments, including Hyperscalers, Enterprise, Communications, Aerospace, Industrial, HealthTech and Capital
Equipment.
Celestica operates a structured two- year Management Trainee Program that provides final year university students and graduates with practical, hands-on experience, professional development and mentorship opportunities. The program recruits high-potential graduates from universities across Malaysia, designed to develop the next generation of engineering, technical and business leaders.
