For 1H FY2026, Profit Before Tax stood at RM5.25 million, while net profit for the period stood at RM3.95 million. Basic earnings per share for 1H FY2026 stood at 0.87 sen.
For the second quarter ended 30 June 2026, the Group recorded revenue of RM10.07 million, representing a marginal increase of 0.5% from RM10.02 million in the corresponding quarter last year. PBT stood at RM2.26 million compared with RM2.78 million in Q2 FY2025, while net profit for the period stood at RM1.75 million compared with RM2.03 million in the corresponding quarter. Basic earnings per share for Q2 FY2026 stood at 0.38 sen.
The increase in Q2 FY2026 revenue was primarily driven by the Group’s Cyber Risk Prevention segment, which recorded revenue of RM6.87 million, representing an increase of 17.8% from RM5.83 million in Q2 FY2025. The growth was mainly supported by stronger revenue contribution from clients in the technology, manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Meanwhile, the Cyber Risk Management and Compliance segment recorded revenue of RM2.58 million in Q2 FY2026, compared with RM3.28 million in Q2 FY2025, mainly due to the completion of compliance projects for major clients in the manufacturing and financial sectors. The Cyber Threat and Incident Response segment recorded revenue of RM0.62 million compared with RM0.92 million previously, reflecting a lower level of projects undertaken for clients in the consumer, retail and financial sectors.
The Group’s profit movement in Q2 FY2026 was mainly attributable to higher employee benefit expenses arising from the expansion of its workforce to support business operations and growth, as well as increased information technology expenses associated with the deployment of new solutions and the resale of third-party solutions to meet client demand.
The Group also declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share, amounting to RM2.28 million, in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The dividend will be paid on 23 September 2026 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 8 September 2026.
