Samaiden Wraps FY2026 Posting 94% Jump In Profits, Declares 1 sen Dividend

Samaiden Group Berhad announced its financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 recording a revenue of RM105.7 million for Q4 FY2026, representing an increase of 55.8% from RM67.9 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The higher revenue was mainly attributable to accelerated construction progress on several Large Scale Solar 5 projects, which advanced from early site preparation in the preceding quarter into major construction works during the current quarter.

Profit before tax in Q4 increased by 72.3% to RM21.2 million, compared with RM12.3 million in the immediate preceding quarter. In line with the stronger performance, profit after tax rose 62.1% to RM14.8 million, from RM9.1 million previously. The improvement in profitability was mainly contributed by better margins from newly commenced projects, together with improved supply chain and cost management.

For the financial year ended 30 June 2026, Samaiden recorded revenue of RM364.5 million, PBT increased by 101.4% to RM53.5 million, while PAT rose 94.3% to RM39 million.

In view of this, Samaiden’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a second interim single-tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
