YTL Power International Bhd, Greatech Technology Bhd, Solarvest Holdings Bhd and Kee Ming Group Bhd are among four stocks flagged by RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research) for further upside after breaking through key resistance levels on strong trading momentum.
RHB Research said YTL Power could extend its bullish trajectory after closing above the RM5.70 resistance level on high volume.
The stock is now eyeing the next resistance at RM6.05, followed by RM6.40. However, a fall below the RM5.35 support level would signal the potential start of a correction.
Greatech Technology also posted a bullish breakout, with the stock closing above the RM2.50 resistance level on an increase in trading volume.
RHB Research expects the counter to potentially climb towards RM2.65 and then RM2.80. The bullish setup would be negated if the stock falls below the RM2.35 support.
Solarvest is similarly showing signs of stronger momentum after moving above the RM3.20 resistance level with a bullish candlestick and rising volume.
Following the breakout, RHB Research sees the stock testing RM3.35 and subsequently RM3.50, while a drop below RM3.05 could see the counter resume its correction.
Kee Ming Group completed the quartet, having pushed above the RM2.40 resistance level on strong volume and printed a fresh high bullish candlestick.
RHB Research expects the stock to test RM2.55 before potentially moving towards RM2.70. A fall below RM2.25 would negate the bullish setup and trigger a correction.
