TRC Synergy Bhd has secured a RM149.98 million subcontract from Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for underground services works at a hyperscale data centre project.
The group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, TRC Construction Sdn Bhd, accepted the award from Gamuda Engineering on Sept 8, 2026.
The contract covers underground services works for the hyperscale data centre, with works having commenced on Aug 14, 2026.
The project is scheduled for completion by Nov 25, 2026, giving it an implementation period of slightly over three months.
TRC Synergy said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings, earnings per share and net assets per share throughout its duration.
