Lebaran travel is getting a new option in 2027, with StarCruises introducing four-night sailings between Jakarta and Singapore aboard Star Voyager.
The itineraries are scheduled around the Hari Raya Aidilfitri period, with departures from Jakarta on March 7 and 11, and from Singapore on March 5, 9 and 13. The round-trip cruises give travellers a way to combine a regional city break with a holiday at sea.
The cruise includes accommodation, meals and onboard activities, giving families and friends a way to combine their holiday with time at sea. Muslim travellers will also have access to a dedicated halal dining section at the ship’s Lido restaurant.
Onboard entertainment includes live stage performances, music, BBQ events and a gala evening with the captain. There are also a pool, waterslides, a zipline and wall-climbing facilities, along with a Little Dreamers play area for younger children. Spa facilities are available as well.
The itineraries also give passengers time to explore both cities. In Singapore, stops can include Orchard Road, Gardens by the Bay and Sentosa. Travellers heading through Jakarta can explore the city’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions.
For those who prefer not to take a round trip, StarCruises will also offer two-night one-way sailings. The Singapore-to-Jakarta sailing departs on March 5, while the Jakarta-to-Singapore sailing leaves on March 15.
Bookings open on October 6, 2026, through StarDream Cruises and travel agents, with the sailings scheduled for March 2027.
