Inta Bina Group Bhd has secured a RM221.08 million contract to undertake the main building works for the Gravit8 Phase 4 (Novva) development in Kota Bayuemas, Klang, Selangor.
The construction group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of award from Prisma Melody Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitraland Holding (M) Sdn Bhd, on Sept 24.
The contract covers the construction of a mixed-use development comprising a 39-storey serviced apartment tower with 654 units, a 20-storey office tower, retail spaces, recreational facilities and an eight-storey car park podium.
Construction is scheduled to commence on Sept 28, 2026, with sectional completion dates set for Sept 27, 2028, and Jan 27, 2029, representing construction periods of 24 and 28 months, respectively.
Inta Bina said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings throughout the construction period, barring unforeseen circumstances.
