Superlon Holdings Bhd has appointed Jeremy Liu as its Chief Executive Officer, effective Sept 24, 2026, following more than 16 years with the group.
The company said Liu, 40, joined Superlon in February 2010 as Assistant Research and Development Manager before being promoted to Production Development and Technical Manager in 2014.
He was subsequently appointed Division Director in January 2015, overseeing production development, technical operations, factory management and product research and development.
Liu holds a Master of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
He is the son of Superlon director and major shareholder Jessica Hsiu-Lin Liu and the brother of fellow director and major shareholder Liu Han-Chao.
According to the filing, Jeremy Liu holds 7.14 million shares directly in Superlon, with a further 36.36 million shares deemed held indirectly through his mother’s shareholding.
