Adnex Group Bhd has secured a RM14.19 million contract from Bursa Malaysia Bhd for office refurbishment works at Exchange Square in Kuala Lumpur.
The company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adnex Interior Solution Sdn Bhd, accepted the purchase order on Oct 2.
The works involve refurbishing Levels 6, 14 and 15 of the Main Building at Exchange Square.
Adnex said the project is expected to take about three months, with completion targeted by the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company said the contract forms part of the group’s efforts to secure new projects and expand its order book, with the works expected to contribute to revenue and earnings.
