ShopeePay Malaysia together with Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad will now offer protection plans on the e-commerce platform.
In conjunction with this announcement Zurich also launched the Savings & Protection Plan on the ShopeePay app allowing users to build their savings while getting an added layer of protection, enjoy regular guaranteed cash payouts and benefit from flexible early cash-out options.
Speaking at the ceremony, Alain Yee, Head of ShopeePay Malaysia, said, “While general insurance and general takaful provided vital protections and safety nets, the inclusion of ZLIMB plans on ShopeePay takes accessibility a step further with a more proactive approach. By lowering the barriers to entry, we are making it easier for more Malaysians to take meaningful steps towards strengthening their financial future.”
Starting from just RM500, users can have a 2-year solution that combines savings growth with life protection.
