Zetrix AI Bhd substantial shareholder and founder Wong Thean Soon has disposed of 46.88 million shares in the company, reducing his direct stake to below the 5% level.
The company said Wong disposed of 46,875,300 ordinary shares on Oct 8, 2026.
Following the disposal, Wong holds 386.83 million shares directly, representing a 4.898% stake in Zetrix AI.
He also has a deemed interest in another 264.31 million shares, or 3.347%, held through Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd.
This brings his combined direct and indirect interest to 651.14 million shares, equivalent to about 8.25% of Zetrix AI’s issued shares excluding treasury shares.
The percentage calculations exclude 180.90 million shares bought back by Zetrix AI and held as treasury shares.
