After a long restrain, S P Setia is back its development phase with the unveiling of new upcoming commercial and retail products in its project areas of Semenyih and Johor Bahru.
The Johor Bharu Bukit Indah township will see new development of four-story shop offices that were launched end of October. It serves the matured communities from several surrounding major townships.
Scheduled to open by Q2 2022, EcoHill Mall is the next lifestyle shopping destination aimed to boost the retail scene, create more business opportunities and enhance the lifestyle and retail landscape in the Southern Corridor of Klang Valley. The mall covers a total built-up of 280,000 square feet and will host approximately 90 retailers, offering local and international retail shopping experiences to the community.
Tenants include, Lulu Supermarket and Department Store, a supermarket by internationally renowned Middle East retail chain Lulu Group International has confirmed to be the anchor tenant. There will also be a variety of fresh groceries, baked goods, household items, electrical appliances, recreational sports gear, and fashion apparel among others.
F&B include Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sushi King, Secret Recipes and Japanese home-taste bakery Haruka Bakery.
