ITMAX System Berhad announced that it has been awarded a RM186.8 million contract from Social Security Organisation to develop, integrate, deploy, operate and maintain PERKESO’s AI-powered Employment Portal. The contract carries a 5-year tenure, commencing on 1 September 2026.
Managing director/chief executive officer William Tan Wei Lun said, “ The scope goes well beyond the development of a conventional portal, encompassing system and data integration, AI-based matching, cloud services and cybersecurity, as well as the ongoing operation and maintenance of the platform.”

This award demonstrates our ability to deploy the same core technology capabilities beyond smart cities into new verticals, while remaining firmly within our core competencies as an integrated digital infrastructure solutions provider.” he added.
