SELGATE Healthcare the healthcare arm of SELGATE Corporation, and GLOCO Malaysia Berhad are pleased to announce the signing of a Business Collaboration Agreement to further enhance the B2B e-Commerce partnership and clinic management system between the two parties for Selcare panel clinics.
SELGATE and GLOCO will co-market the integrated GLOCO’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform to over 2,000 panel clinics under Selcare Management Sdn Bhd via this collaboration. This will also serve as a good opportunity for Selcare panel clinics to make medication purchases at a competitive price through this B2B platform.
SELGATE and GLOCO will be cooperating in the integration of their products and/or services for their mutually agreed projects agreed upon in the Agreement.
GLOCO is a company whose principal business is clinic management system, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), insurance and wellness consultants and providers.
Representing SELGATE Healthcare were Executive Director, Noor Hisham Mohd Ghouth and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Muaz Omar. Meanwhile, signing on behalf of GLOCO were its Managing Director, Adam Chang and Senior Partner,
Nicholas Lee.
“Teaming up with GLOCO to engage in this B2B project is an exciting development for our company as this sets a major footstep for us to increase brand awareness in the healthcare industry not limited only to the state of Selangor, but also nationwide,” said Noor Hisham.
Towards achieving this objective, a strategic framework will be established whereby both parties will jointly engage on matters of importance to the industry to maintain a conducive business for all. This collaboration will also lead to the extension of other services with GLOCO for other SELGATE’s subsidiaries in the future.
