Edaran Berhad, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd, received a RM89.88 million contract related to information system and MySST from Finance Ministry for The Royal Customs Department.
In a Bursa filing today, the company said the contract was to undertake maintenance of hardware, software, network, integration and applications for Customs Information System (SMK) and MySST (from 2023 to 2027).
“Edaran IT accepted the Letter of Award (Surat Setuju Terima) dated Oct 30 on Nov 6. The commencement date for the contract in on Sept 1, 2023 for a period of 48 months (4 years),” the company said.
The company added proceeds from the contract shall contribute towards the earnings of Edaran Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2024 until 30 June 2027.
