Kerjaya Prospek is on a roll after securing 3 mega jobs in Penang, the construction company informs that it has secured the Kampung Bandar project worth RM111.7 million.
With the latest contract, Kerjaya would have closed to nearly RM400 million in just 2 weeks into the new year!
The latest contract covers the execution of 52 storey main building works for the proposed development of a service apartment comprising of one (1) block of service apartment of forty-two (42) storeys; one (1) storey basement; eight (8) storey elevated carpark; and one (1) storey facilities floor at Jalan Kampung Bandar Dalam, Mukim Setapak, Daerah Kuala
Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
The contract will commence on 16 January 2024 and to be completed within forty months from the commencement date. Kerjaya said the acceptance of the contract is in the ordinary course of business of KPM and is undertaken on an arm’s length basis, based on normal commercial terms which are not more favourable than those generally available to the public
In addition, it said he contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue over the next three years.
