Genting Dream Welcomes Aboard MBCCS’ 2 Millionth Passenger

Resorts World Cruises is thrilled to announce the welcoming of Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore’s (MBCCS) 2 millionth passenger for the cruise season spanning from April 2023 to March 2024.

Octaviana Tasik and her family, the lucky recipients of this honor, were greeted with a warm reception aboard the Genting Dream as they embarked on a luxurious 2 Night Cruise to Kuala Lumpur.

To mark this special occasion, Octaviana and her family were treated to an extraordinary cruise experience, including a lavish upgrade to the Palace Suite, an exclusive ‘ship-within-a-ship’ private enclave.

As Palace guests, they enjoyed priority service, complimentary access to specialty restaurants, onboard performances, private amenities, and the Palace’s signature 24-hour European style butler service.

Resorts World Cruises, President, Michael Goh, expressed his delight at being part of the celebration, highlighting the growth of Resorts World Cruises since its inception two years ago in Singapore. He also announced exciting new sailing destinations for the upcoming season, with both Genting Dream and Resorts World One set to meet at MBCCS in June 2024.

SATS-Creuers Cruise Services, CEO, Lionel Wong shared his pride in serving 2 million cruise passengers at MBCCS, underscoring the region’s increasing appeal as a cruising destination.

As part of Genting Dream’s new season itineraries from MBCCS, vacationers can look forward to weekend getaways, Kuala Lumpur cruises, and trips to Phuket or Penang-Kuala Lumpur.

Additionally, Resorts World One will join Genting Dream for special sailings during the local school holidays, offering exciting routes to Vietnam, Thailand, and Redang Island in Malaysia.
