Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, has announced enhancements to its flight network in preparation for increased demand during the Northern Winter season.
Starting November 2024, Scoot will increase weekly flights to Chiang Mai and Hanoi, raising frequencies from 10 to 11 times weekly and from five to six times weekly, respectively. In December, flight frequencies to Perth will rise from 13 to 14 times weekly, and Melbourne will see an increase from 12 to 13 times weekly, eventually moving to twice daily from January 2025.
Additionally, three more weekly flights to Seoul (Incheon) via Taipei will be added, bringing the total to seven times weekly, up from the current four. Flight frequencies to Tokyo (Narita) via Taipei will also increase from 12 to 14 times weekly.
In Southeast Asia, Scoot will enhance services to destinations served by its Embraer E190-E2 aircraft, with Davao increasing from seven to nine times weekly, and Balikpapan and Makassar from three to four times weekly.
Recently, Scoot began daily services to Subang, Malaysia, on September 1, 2024, and will launch operations to Kertajati (Greater Bandung) on September 28 and Malacca on October 23, 2024.
As part of its network optimisation efforts, Scoot will suspend flights to Ningbo, with the final flight scheduled for October 26, 2024.

Flight schedules are subject to government and regulatory approvals.
