Hong Leong Asset Management Declares RM241 Million Income Distributions For Seven Funds

Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (HLAM) has declared an income distribution amounting to RM241 million for seven funds, for the period commencing Jan 1, 2024, to Dec 31, 2024, despite the challenging global economic landscape.

HLAM’s Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer Chue Kwok Yan said while market conditions remain volatile, HLAM remains committed to delivering sustainable distribution yields to its investors.

“Our investment strategy in 2025 will remain anchored in a long-term perspective. We will continue to prioritise companies with strong fundamentals and growth potential as we focus on delivering sustainable returns for our investors”, he added.

Hong Leong Value Fund saw the highest dividend yield among the seven funds at 8.55% for the 12 months ended Dec 31, 2024, followed by Hong Leong Growth Fund at 7.55% and Hong Leong Dividend Fund at 7.1%. The Hong Leong Dana Makmur and Hong Leong Dana Maa’rof saw the lowest dividend yield at 5.1% and 4.29% respectively.

The funds are distributed through HLAM offices and Hong Leong Bank Bhd’s branches nationwide, while selected funds are also distributed via HLAM’s agency force nationwide and digitally, via HL iSmart Invest.
