Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) today announced the transfer of 11 senior officers involving multiple departments at Bukit Aman as well as district police chiefs in several states.
Setiausaha Polis Malaysia DCP Abdul Rahman Kassim said the reshuffle covers placements in the Management Department, Special Branch, Commercial Crime Investigation Department, and the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department at Bukit Aman, as reported by Bernama.
“Datuk Mohd Faisal Yahya who was previously the Chief Assistant Director of Administration, Management Department Bukit Aman has been appointed Deputy Director of Administration in the same department with the acting rank of DCP,” he said.
“SAC Abd Rahman Atan who was previously Chief of the KPN Secretariat (Legal) PDRM has been appointed Deputy Director (Standard Compliance) of the Integrity and Standard Compliance Department Bukit Aman with the acting rank of DCP.
“Meanwhile, Assistant Director E7A of the Special Branch, SAC Mohamed Roslan Ahmed Junaidi has been appointed Chief Assistant Director E7 of the Special Branch Bukit Aman with the acting rank of DCP,” he added.
The reshuffle also included district leadership changes. ACP Helmi Aris, previously District Police Chief of Seberang Perai Tengah, has been appointed Chief of Johor Management Department with the acting rank of SAC. ACP Mohamad Lazim Ismail, District Police Chief of Wangsa Maju, will serve as Deputy Director (Strategic Planning) of the Commercial Crime Investigation Department at Bukit Aman with acting SAC rank.
“Assistant Director of Crime Prevention Operations, ACP Che Haniza Che Senapi has been appointed Chief Assistant Director (Support Coordination) in the same division with acting SAC rank.
“The Director of Operations at the National Financial Crime Prevention Centre (NFCC), ACP Annas Sulaiman has been appointed District Police Chief of Wangsa Maju,” he said.
Other transfers include Supt Azari Miskon, Deputy District Police Chief of Putrajaya, appointed as District Police Chief of Sibu with acting ACP rank; Supt Johar Dasuki, Training Chief at Bukit Aman, appointed Commander of PULAPOL Air Hitam, Negeri Sembilan with acting ACP rank; Supt Champin Piuh as District Police Chief of Beaufort, Sabah; and DSP Khalid Mohamad as District Police Chief of Muallim with acting Superintendent rank.
