Marriott International has opened Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru, introducing the brand for the first time in Bandar Seri Alam.
The hotel aims to offer a blend of comfortable stays and practical amenities for travellers visiting the eastern corridor of Johor, particularly those linked to the region’s industrial and logistics hubs.
Strategically positioned, the property provides easy access to Pasir Gudang Industrial Area, Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex, and Port of Tanjung Langsat, with Senai International Airport a 35-minute drive away and Johor Bahru city centre approximately 30 minutes by car. The location is designed to serve corporate visitors, university guests, and regional travellers.
Four Points Johor Bahru features 150 guest rooms across Twin, King, and Three-Bedroom Duplex categories. Higher-floor rooms and duplexes offer additional amenities, including coffee machines, welcome drinks, and some with private balconies or patios for relaxation.
Dining options include The Mesh, a semi-open kitchen all-day restaurant with indoor and alfresco seating, serving Malaysian and international dishes. Guests can also unwind at The Mesh Bar, which offers coffee, cocktails, light bites, and grab-and-go options including the brand’s curated craft beer and coffee programme.
Facilities extend beyond lodging, with a 24-hour fitness centre, shared swimming pool, and flexible event spaces. The Wau Merak Grand Ballroom spans 1,139 square metres, accommodating up to 800 guests, complemented by additional meeting rooms for corporate and social gatherings.
