The Department of Valuation and Property Services (JPPH) and Amanah Raya Bhd have introduced JPPH Drive, an integrated digital platform aimed at accelerating property valuation processes in estate administration matters.
The initiative is designed to improve the handling of inheritance cases by reducing reliance on manual procedures and enabling faster access to information through a centralised system.
Acting Group Managing Director of AmanahRaya, Jack Yap Ngee Heong, said the collaboration reflected the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through more innovative and efficient solutions.
“This strategic collaboration with JPPH reflects AmanahRaya’s commitment to strengthening customer experience through more innovative and efficient solutions. This digitalisation not only reduces dependence on manual processes, but also improves the overall efficiency of estate administration for the benefit of heirs and stakeholders,” he said.
He added that the platform is expected to improve operational efficiency, provide quicker and more systematic access to information, strengthen information management and contribute to cost savings and better service quality through a more efficient and transparent system.
JPPH director-general Abdul Razak Yusak said the launch of JPPH-AmanahRaya Drive demonstrated the department’s commitment to advancing the public sector’s digitalisation agenda.
He said the initiative would help speed up property valuation applications for estate administration while enhancing governance, transparency and service delivery.
“Through this secure and centralised digital platform, information sharing can be carried out more quickly, systematically and with integrity, thereby accelerating the estate administration process for the benefit of heirs and stakeholders. JPPH hopes this initiative will serve as a catalyst for more digital collaborations between government agencies and strategic organisations in the future,” he said.
The initiative was launched in conjunction with JPPH’s 69th anniversary celebration at the National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN).
