HEXTAR Industries announced that its 70%-owned subsidiary, Hextar Mitai Sdn. Bhd., has secured an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contract worth RM138 million on 3 July 2026.
Under the contract, HMSB will undertake the engineering, procurement, and construction scope for an integrated industrial development spanning approximately 80,929 square metres of land with a total gross floor area of over 101,800 square metres. The development comprises three production factories and warehouse buildings, two workers’ hostel buildings and ancillary facilities. The scope of works includes structural works, architectural finishes, landscaping, infrastructure, as well as mechanical and electrical installations.
The project is expected to be completed within 12 months, subject to the issuance of the Completion Certificate by the in accordance with the terms of the contract.
