Exsim Hospitality Berhad (EHB) has secured a RM63.5 million contract to undertake interior design and fit-out works for a commercial development, further strengthening its order book in the hospitality fit-out segment.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, EHB said its wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn. Bhd. (ECSB), has accepted a letter of award from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn. Bhd. (CASB) for the design and build of interior design works.
The contract, valued at RM63.5 million, commenced on July 9, 2026 and is scheduled for completion by Dec. 31, 2026, with a construction period of five months.
Under the terms of the award, the project will be subject to a 12-month defects liability period beginning from the issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion.
