Pawnbroker Evergreen Max Eyes Main Market Transfer

Evergreen Max Cash Capital Bhd (EMCC) has proposed to transfer its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities after fulfilling the regulatory requirements, including the minimum profitability and listing track record criteria.

The pawnbroking and gold retailer said the proposed transfer involves the listing of its entire issued share capital of 1.12 billion ordinary shares on the Main Market.

The proposal was announced by UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd on behalf of the company’s board of directors.

EMCC said it has satisfied the requirements under the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Equity Guidelines and Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market Listing Requirements.

The company has been listed on the ACE Market since 26 September 2023 and has completed two full financial years as a listed company, meeting the minimum listing track record required for a transfer to the Main Market.

EMCC is seeking the transfer under the profit test, having recorded an audited consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of RM36.7 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025, while cumulative PAT for the three financial years from 2023 to 2025 amounted to RM72.64 million.
