TAFI Industries Berhad has secured a RM135 million construction contract for a 37-storey mixed-use development in Setia Alam, Selangor, strengthening the group’s construction order book and providing earnings visibility over the next several financial years.
The company said its wholly owned subsidiary, TAFI Home & Office Sdn Bhd has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from Armani KPF2 Development Sdn Bhd to undertake the structural and architectural works for the project.
The contract, valued at RM135 million excluding Sales and Service Tax (SST), covers the construction, completion and maintenance of the project’s main building and associated works.
Construction is scheduled to commence on July 21, 2026, with a completion period of 42 months. The final account is expected to be completed within 15 months from the issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion.
The project will also include 17 shop offices, 350 retail units, two commercial spaces on the 36th floor, a nine-level parking podium, a surau for male and female worshippers, a Muslim funeral management room, a multipurpose hall, an event hall, office facilities and a guardhouse.
TAFI said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net tangible assets (NTA) for the financial years ending June 30, 2027 through June 30, 2030.
