OGX FY26 Profit Jumps 48.4% To RM23 Million

OGX Group Bhd’s profit after tax (PAT) rose 48.4% to RM23 million for the financial year ended May 31, 2026 (FY26), driven by stronger demand and higher project completions in its core IT infrastructure solutions business.

Full-year revenue also surged 61.5% to RM284.7 million from RM176.3 million a year earlier.

The IT infrastructure solutions segment, OGX’s largest contributor, recorded a 56.2% increase in revenue to RM220.1 million, supported by a higher number of completed projects during the year.

For the fourth quarter, the ACE Market-listed company posted revenue of RM58.3 million and PAT of RM3.8 million. Quarterly comparative figures were unavailable as OGX was listed on Bursa Malaysia in March 2026.

Executive Director and Managing Director Tan Suan Loong said FY26 marked the group’s strongest financial performance to date, reflecting sustained demand and the successful execution of its growth strategies.

“We remain focused on expanding our capabilities, strengthening our market position and delivering sustainable value to our shareholders,” he said.

OGX expects continued investments in digital infrastructure and rising demand for enterprise networking, data centres and cybersecurity solutions to support its next phase of growth.
