JAG Back In The Black With RM11.7 Million 1H26 Profit

JAG Bhd returned firmly to the black in the first half of 2026 (1H26), posting profit after tax (PAT) of RM11.72 million compared to a RM8.83 million loss a year earlier, as stronger revenue and improved operational execution drove its earnings recovery.

Revenue for 1H26 surged 55.4% to RM166.13 million from RM106.92 million.

The positive momentum also strengthened in the second quarter, with PAT reaching RM6.35 million, reversing a RM2.4 million loss in 2Q25. Quarterly revenue jumped 68% year-on-year to RM101.55 million from RM60.45 million.

Executive Director Datuk Ng Meow Giak said the recovery reflects improvements in operational execution, efficiency and resource recovery capabilities, with the group now targeting its strongest full-year performance to date.

In line with the improved profitability, the board declared a second interim dividend of 0.2 sen per share, bringing total dividends declared for FY26 to date to 0.4 sen per share. The latest dividend, amounting to about RM1.41 million, will be paid on Sept 25.
