Armed forces fund Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) has increased its direct stake in pharmaceutical group Pharmaniaga Berhad following a recent market transaction.
According to a company disclosure filed with Bursa Malaysia on August 21, 2026, LTAT acquired 10,422,500 ordinary shares in Pharmaniaga through a direct transaction executed on August 20, 2026. The direct acquisition brings LTAT’s total equity holding in the pharmaceutical company to 157,437,261 ordinary shares, raising its direct stake in Pharmaniaga to 12.005 percent.
Share price of the stock has been rising after hitting a 6 month low of 1.19
