AWC FY26 Net Profit Edges Up 6.2% To RM26.4 Million

AWC Bhd posted a 6.2% year-on-year increase in net profit to RM26.4 million for FY26, as stronger contributions from its Facilities and Engineering divisions helped lift earnings despite a challenging operating environment.

Revenue for FY26 also rose 7.6% to RM445.5 million from RM414.1 million a year earlier.

The Engineering Division emerged as a key growth driver, with revenue climbing 24.8% to RM107.7 million, while pre-tax profit more than doubled to RM15.2 million from RM6.9 million, supported by the group’s growing exposure to the data centre segment.

AWC ended the year on a strong note, with fourth-quarter revenue surging 21.2% to a record RM126.5 million from RM104.4 million, while net profit jumped 83.5% to RM12.2 million from RM6.7 million.

Group Chief Executive Officer and President Datuk Ahmad Kabeer Mohamed Nagoor said the strong fourth quarter and Engineering Division performance helped offset softer conditions in the Environment Division amid macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties.

AWC secured about RM472 million worth of jobs in FY26, with momentum extending into the new financial year following a RM23.1 million data centre contract secured in August.

As at June 30, the group’s outstanding order book stood at RM824.3 million, excluding the latest data centre contract, providing earnings visibility over the coming financial years.

The board has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 0.75 sen per share, bringing the total FY26 dividend to 1.25 sen per share, representing a payout ratio of 15.9%.
