TIME dotCom Berhad reported its financial results for the first half ended 30 June 2026, supported by sustained demand for
data and connectivity across its Wholesale and Retail market segments.
Consolidated Group revenue rose to RM931.9 million, an increase of 7% compared to the same period last year (1H 2025: RM874.3 million). Growth was anchored primarily by strong demand for the Group’s core data offerings.
Profit after tax for 1H 2026 rose to RM252.1 million, driven by higher overall revenue, improvement in margins and lower net foreign exchange losses.
The Board declared a special interim tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 5.41 sen per ordinary share. The dividend, amounting to RM100.0 million, will be paid out on 25 September 2026.
