Bumi Armada Berhad announced its second quarter 2026 financial results recording an increase in revenue to RM335.2 million and operating profit of RM98.4 million for Q2 2026.
Net profit dropped to RM70 million, compared to Q2 2025 of RM80 million. The group saw higher contribution from Armada Kraken FPSO in Q2 2026 following the recognition of compensation payable to the charterer upon confirmation of the charter extension to March 2028 in Q1 2026 and a foreign exchange gain in Q2 2026 (Q1 2026: foreign exchange loss).
The Group maintained a strong cash balance of more than RM1.1 billion for this quarter and generated net cash flows from operating activities of RM149.8 million. The future firm orderbook at the end of Q2 2026 amounted to RM7.1 billion, with
additional optional extensions of up to RM8.7 billion.
For the first half, revenue was RM641 million down from RM881 million in 1HFY25, while net profit was RM111 million from RM268 million in the same period last year.
