RNG Tech Berhad has secured an exclusive partnership to provide and operate massage chairs at selected Lotus’s stores, targeting an initial rollout of approximately 1,400 to 1,600 units.
The company said its Thailand subsidiary, Rest n Go (Thailand) Company Limited, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with CP AXTRA Public Company Limited on Sept 2, 2026.
Under the agreement, Rest n Go Thailand will be appointed the sole provider and operator of vending massage chair services at selected Lotus’s hypermarkets, supermarkets and community malls in Thailand, with specific locations to be mutually agreed upon.
The initial rollout is expected to cover approximately 4,800 sq metres of space across the Lotus’s network.
CP AXTRA is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and is a major retail and wholesale operator formed from the merger of Siam Makro and Lotus’s.
The agreement has a total tenure of three years and six months, beginning Nov 1, 2026 and expiring on April 30, 2030.
