EXSIM Hospitality Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd has secured a RM42.48 million subcontract from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd for building services and general construction works.
The company said EXSIM Concepto accepted the letter of appointment on Sept 14, 2026, for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of building services as well as general building works.
The subcontract is valued at RM42.48 million and will run for 24 months.
Works are scheduled to commence on Sept 15, 2026 and are expected to be completed by Sept 15, 2028.
EXSIM Hospitality said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing over the duration of the project.
