GFM Services’ Pengerang Turnaround Jobs Rise To RM268 Million After Revised Order

GFM Services Bhd said the combined gross estimated value of four release orders secured for the first major turnaround cycle at the Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor has increased to RM268.7 million, following an upward revision to one of the work packages.

The group said its indirect 60%-owned subsidiary, Shapadu CR Asia Sdn Bhd, received a revised release order from Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd, raising the estimated value of the contract by RM37.4 million, or 56%, to RM104.2 million.

The order had previously been valued at RM66.8 million when it was announced on Aug 4, 2026.

The revised release order covers major turnaround work packages at PIC.

Including the revised SCRA order, GFM Services said its subsidiaries have now secured four release orders with a combined gross estimated value of RM268.7 million for PIC’s first major turnaround cycle.

This includes a previously announced RM16.3 million release order secured by wholly owned subsidiary Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd.

Another RM148.2 million across two release orders was secured by the group’s indirect 51%-owned subsidiary HIMS Integrated Services Sdn Bhd.

The latest revision lifts SCRA’s contribution to the total package to RM104.2 million, strengthening GFM Services’ exposure to maintenance and turnaround works at the Pengerang complex.
