Revenue Group Bhd has proposed changing its name to Revenue IF Berhad, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened at a later date.
The company said the proposed new name was approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on Aug 14, 2026.
The reservation has since been extended until Dec 12, 2026.
