Carimin Petroleum Bhd has increased its stake in Sealink International Bhd to 24.1% after acquiring an additional 23 million shares in the offshore marine services company.
The company acquired the shares on Sept 18, 2026 through a direct business transaction.
Following the acquisition, Carimin’s direct shareholding in Sealink increased to 120.5 million shares, representing 24.1% of the company’s issued shares.
Carimin does not hold any indirect or deemed interest in Sealink.
The notice of the shareholding change was submitted to Sealink on Sept 18.
