DXN Winds Up Dormant Indonesian Subsidiary

DXN Holdings Bhd has commenced the members’ voluntary winding-up of its indirect Indonesian subsidiary, PT Daxen Agri Pratama, as the unit is dormant and has no plans to resume operations.

The group said Daxen Agri began the voluntary winding-up process on Sept 28, 2026.

The subsidiary is 90%-owned by PT Daxen Agrotech Nusantara, a subsidiary of DXN, while the remaining 10% is held by PT Kirana Investama Nusantara.

Messrs Afdalis, S.H., M.H., Febri Maulana, S.H. and Feri Pranata Ginting, S.H. have been appointed as liquidators of Daxen Agri.

DXN said the unit is currently dormant and the group has no intention of carrying on any business or operations through the subsidiary in the future.

The winding-up is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on DXN Group for the financial year ending Feb 28, 2027, and no material losses are expected to arise from the exercise.

The company added that none of its directors, major shareholders or persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the winding-up.
