Hextar Capital Berhad announce that its subsidiary, Legacy Core Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded a road upgrading contract in Sibu, Sarawak with a contract value of RM60 million.
Doland (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Doland”), via a Letter of Award dated 1 October 2026, appointed Legacy Core to undertake the upgrading works of Jalan Oya in Sibu, Sarawak. Project works comprises road works, drainage and services relocation. The project is scheduled to commence on 2 October 2026 and is expected to be completed by 11 February 2029, with a total contract duration of about 28 months.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and throughout the duration of the project.
