Aemulus Holdings Bhd has secured new orders worth US$3.86 million, or about RM15.77 million, from a customer in Singapore for the delivery of test systems serving the data centre and artificial intelligence market.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Aemulus said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd, secured the orders on Oct 7.
The systems are expected to be delivered within 12 months, with revenue to be recognised progressively as deliveries are completed.
Aemulus said the orders are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2027.
The orders are not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net assets per share and will not affect its share capital or shareholding structure.
The company said execution risks include the availability and pricing of materials, potential supply-chain disruptions, as well as changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions.
None of Aemulus’ directors, major shareholders or persons connected with them has any direct or indirect interest in the orders.
