MMM Group To Be Delisted From Bursa On Oct 12

MMM Group Bhd will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia on Oct 12, 2026, after Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd dismissed the company’s appeal against the rejection of its proposed regularisation plan.

In an announcement, Bursa Securities said MMM Group’s securities will be removed from the Official List upon the expiry of two market days from the date of the decision, in accordance with its earlier letter dated Nov 3, 2025.

Following the delisting, MMM Group’s securities currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd will be withdrawn from the depository.

The company will continue to maintain and update shareholders’ information in its register.

Bursa Securities said MMM Group will continue to exist as an unlisted company after the delisting and may continue its business operations and corporate restructuring efforts.

The company is mostly involved in transit advertising and digital elevator advertising. It listed on its website that it has a network of over 500 lifts across the Klang Valley, Digital Out of Home (DOOH) assets, including LED Billboards and panels.
