Nova MSC Bhd’s subsidiary Dex-lab Pte Ltd has secured a S$5.0 million (about RM16.1 million) sales commitment for humanoid robots from China-based Chongqing Yu Hai Precision Manufacturing Co Ltd.
The company said Dex-lab entered into a sales agreement with the Chongqing company for the sale and deployment of its humanoid robots in China.
The agreement covers an aggregate sales commitment of S$5.0 million over the contractual period up to Aug 31, 2029, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Nova MSC said the deal is expected to support Dex-lab’s expansion into the Chinese market and contribute positively to the group’s future revenue.
