Petra Energy has informed that it has been awarded a contract for the provision of an Accommodation Work Boat (Awboat) from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd.
There is no value stated for the contract but is based on work orders issued by PCSB throughout the contract duration. The duration of the contract is up to 255 days from the commencement date effective from 17 February 2023 with an option to extend up to sixty (60) days.
Petra said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings the Group it is however expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of PEB Group for the duration of the contract.
