Raja Dato’ Seri Eleena Almarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah, one of the directors of Gamuda Berhad, has disposed of a total of 2,349,785 ordinary shares in the company over a four-day period from August 12 to August 15, 2025.
The shares were sold on the open market, and all transactions were made through Generasi Setia (M) Sdn Bhd, a company in which Raja Dato’ Seri Eleena holds an indirect interest.
The disposals occurred on the following dates and at the following average prices: August 12, 2025: 1,150,000 shares disposed at an average price of RM5.594 per share. August 13, 2025: 400,000 shares disposed at an average price of RM5.610 per share. August 14, 2025: 550,000 shares disposed at an average price of RM5.604 per share. August 15, 2025: 249,785 shares disposed at an average price of RM5.592 per share.
Following these transactions, Raja Dato’ Seri Eleena’s indirect shareholding in Gamuda has been reduced to 229,820,818 units, which represents approximately 3.970% of the company’s total shares. Her direct interest remains unchanged at 501,133 units, or 0.010%.
