Dagang NeXchange Bhd (DNeX) has forged a strategic partnership with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) to spearhead an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital transformation across MARA’s operations and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The collaboration will focus on upskilling internal talent, accelerating AI-powered entrepreneurship and developing a next-generation digital platform for MARA.
The initiative aims to cultivate an AI-first culture, future-proofing MARA’s workforce and ensuring its educational and organisational pillars remain resilient and digitally adept.
Under a formalised memorandum of understanding, both parties will co-create an AI Upskilling framework designed to empower MARA entrepreneurs with strategic advisory, AI-enabled platforms and structured mentorship.
This programme is intended to enhance business competitiveness, accelerate scalability, and foster sustainable innovation among start-ups within MARA’s network.
The partnership also includes the development of a Unified Data Intelligence Hub, an AI-native ecosystem to centralise and harmonise MARA’s data assets. Leveraging advanced analytics and integration technologies, the platform will improve cross-pillar collaboration, operational efficiency, and accessibility to critical insights, forming the backbone of MARA’s digital transformation journey.
Commenting on the collaboration, Marlishiraz Ramli, CEO of DNeX IT, described the partnership as a milestone for the company, highlighting its role in driving national talent development and supporting entrepreneurial growth.
She added that the initiative would strengthen DNeX’s strategic positioning, provide access to new market segments, and reinforce the company’s credibility as a key partner to government-linked institutions.
