HE Group Berhad through its wholly-owned subsidiary has today accepted a subcontractor contract amounting approximately RM102 million for a data centre in Johor, Malaysia.
The subcontract was awarded by a Malaysia-incorporated Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management company, specialising in the construction, civil engineering and offshore oil and gas sectors.
The scope of works covers the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main electrical works for the data centre, with completion targeted by 19 September 2027. This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the Company’s earnings over the course of the project.
With the latest contract, HE Group’s order book stands at approximately RM275 million as at 22 June 2026, providing the Group with a healthy pipeline of projects and improved earnings visibility going forward.
